CDC Guidelines Fitway adheres to all guidelines set by the CDC. Your safety (and ours) is our top priority. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. If you’ve had Covid-19 (or not) 1- Get 7-8 hours of sleep every night 2- Do 30 minutes of cardio every day (even if it’s just a walk) 3- Workout at least 4 days a week (resistance training) 4- Eat a balanced diet. The less processed foods the better. 5- Take a one-a-day multivitamin 7- Take a vitamin D3 supplement 8- Do puzzles & memory games 2-3 days a week *Listen to your body. Always ease into any form of exercise. *And remember- Leaner body = Less likely to get sick
