1- Are Fitway personal trainers certified?

Yes. All of our trainers are certified personal trainers.

2- What does a personal training session consist of?

Your session is created based on your personal fitness goal. Your structured session will start with a warmup,

then full-body stretching, resistance training, cardio, and finally a cool down stretch.

3- Does Fitway offer nutritional advice?

Yes. Basic nutritional advice is provided with all session packages. Advanced nutritional guidance is also

available.

4- Do you work with Senior Citizens?

Yes. Senior fitness is one of our specialties. Fitway has over 25 years of experience working with senior

citizens.

5- Do I need to buy exercise equipment before I start?

No. Your trainer will bring all of the necessary equipment to your in-home session. If you have your own

equipment we can utilize that during your workout sessions.

6- Can you train me at my gym?

Sure. As long as your gym is located within our travel area. If a guest fee is required it's added to the session

price.

7- Will there be other people at your studio during my session?

No. It's just you and your trainer.

8- Can I have someone join me for my session?

Sure. We offer partner/group sessions. In fact.. the first ones FREE. Limited to one FREE guest pass per client.

9- Is Fitway certified for injury prevention and rehab?

Yes. All of our trainers are certified to work with injuries.

10- Do you offer a meal prep service?

Yes. We offer meal prep workshops. We teach you how to efficiently meal prep for a sustainable healthy

lifestyle.

11- Do you offer boot camps?

Yes. We offer several types of boot camps. Single day workshops, 12 week programs, & 3-day retreats.

12- Do you offer any outdoor activities?

Yes. We offer FREE group hikes. We also offer outdoor sessions.
